This is a toughy

I got this e-mail today and thought it would make a good Blog post! There are some really good questions. I'll post the answers later, I want to see how many some of the teacher folk can get right!!!

8. There are 14 punctuation marks in English grammar. Can you name at least half of them?

9. Where are the lakes that are referred to in the Los Angeles Lakers?

11. Name the only vegetable or fruit that is never sold frozen, canned, processed, cooked, or in any other form except fresh.

12. Name 6 or more things that you can wear on your feet beginning with the letter "S."

#7 - dweeb, dwarf (my mom helped me with this one)
#8 - comma, period, colon, semi-colin, elipsis, hyphen, exclamation mark, question mark, quotation marks, brackets, and my personal favourite - the apostrophe... there, I have at least half...

#10 - getting hit the head with the ball, getting hit the right arm with the ball, getting hit in the left arm with the ball, getting hit in the right leg with the ball, getting hig in the left leg with the ball, getting hit in the groin with the ball
#11 - watermelon
#12 - socks, sandals, shoes, stilettos, sneakers, skechers (I didn't see any rules against brand names)...
